To participate in the Classic Car Auction in Regensburg, you must have the following information ready:

The vehicles can be viewed on Thursday, 21.09.2023 from 3 – 6 pm and on Friday, 22.09.2023 from 8 am.

The auction will take place on Friday, 22.09.2023 in Regensburg (Kulmbacher Straße 8, 93057 Regensburg, Germany). You can park here in the designated customer parking area.

Please come first to our registration desk, where you will be registered for the auction (if you have not already done so). Here you will receive your bidder number, without which you cannot participate in the auction.
You will also find the current vehicle catalogue, in which you will find all the data on the vehicles.

Afterwards, you can inspect all the vehicles on site at your leisure.

The live auction starts at 11 a.m.!

If a high bid is below the reserve price, the bid is accepted with reservation. This means that after the auction, negotiation talks are held with the seller of the vehicle and the customer with the highest bid. If an agreement is reached, the vehicle will be sold.

After you have won the bid for one or more vehicles, you will receive an invoice from us. This is due promptly. After receipt of payment, you will receive a pick-up slip which entitles you to pick up the vehicle at the vehicle location.

Invoices and collection vouchers will be sent to you by e-mail. As a precaution, always check your spam folder!

The amount to be paid consists of the purchase price of the vehicle plus the buyer’s fee of 8.295% (incl. VAT.), plus a handling fee of 23,80 € (incl. VAT.).

You can collect your vehicle from our auction centre at Charterlfeet GmbH in Regensburg Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Vehicle collections must be made at least 24 hours in advance at
fahrzeugabholung@charterfleet.eu (incl. the VIN!)!
